Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Kadenson Web Consulting and Design (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins when the original Facebook post is published and ends on April 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible participant must comment on the original Facebook giveaway post during the Promotion Period and include:

• Their name;
• What they do;
• Their city; and
• Why they or their business could use a better website.

Only comments made on the original post will be considered valid entries. Limit one entry per person unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one free One-Page Package website service from Sponsor.

The prize includes only the services included in Sponsor’s standard One-Page Package. Any additional services, add-ons, premium plugins, hosting, domain registration, stock media, copywriting beyond the package scope, or other third-party costs are not included unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value, except as required by law.

6. Winner Selection

All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a random drawing. One winner will be selected at random on or about April 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST.

Sponsor’s decision is final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

7. Winner Notification

The winner may be notified by Facebook comment, direct message, email, or another reasonable method selected by Sponsor. If the winner does not respond within the time period specified by Sponsor, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, entry into the promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and submitted entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants agree to release Facebook from any and all claims arising out of or related to this promotion.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used for administering the giveaway and may also be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

12. Governing Law

This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
